Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Solanya Gifts order! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible non-defective and defective items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at solanyyaofficial@gmail.com before sending your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized items, including custom Polaroid photos and packing videos

• Gift cards

• Sale items

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a customer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and exceptions.
